People in the running world continue to amaze me.  Athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers all contribute to a sport that offers multiple opportunities to get involved.  Their dedication to the sport is inspiring.  Such was the case today when I received a registration for the Continental Divide Running Clinic, July 22 – 24th 2011 held at the Homestake Lodge near Butte, Montana.  Here is what they did – first they registered.  Second – their registration read “to put my money were my mouth is, I will sponsor one person and pay their registration fee.” Wow.  So – here is my offer.  If attending CDRC 2011 is on your radar – but might not happen due to the registration of $130 then email me at kkeller145k@gmail.com with your interest in being considered for this scholarship.  Note – in true sportsmanship – the donor wishes to remain anonymous.

Words cannot express the appreciation for such a kind gesture.  Guess it goes with the sport. Note – email me at the above address for additional details regarding the clinic and watch this blog for further information.   Super star staff lined up – check earlier blogs!
Until next time – enjoy the run!
