“The CDRC 2011 was awesome. Very professional.” “Great to have up to date scientifically based data to use.” ”Wonderful experience – very knowledgeable staff.” “Great clinic. I especially appreciated the expertise of the staff – learned a lot!”
That is what participants said about the 2011 Continental Divide Running Clinic. Where else can you get research based information delivered in a package for your personal use in a face to face setting? Combine; great food, a big lodge, fun with other runners, beautiful views and the opportunity to go 1:1 with industry leading experts – mix it together you have a great running weekend! CDRC 2012 will be held June 23 and 24, at the Homestake Lodge, Butte, Montana.
Session content delivered this year by Jim Walker, Ph.D., John Zombro, MS PT (Board Certified Orthopedics), Casey Jermyn, and myself will cover critical information on the latest on biomechanics (running efficiency), dynamic strength/flexibility, (injury prevention/rehab), shoe design (what should I be wearing?) and how to maximize peak performance (got race?). No foo foo stuff here. Just rock hard evidence you can begin applying in your own world. Hands on – demonstrations and activities will help you take the guess work out of your training and racing.
Open to all levels of runners. Register early and save. Bring a buddy and save! Lodging, food, drawings plus a chance to dialogue with the experts! The CDRC 2012 will take place following the Wulfman CDT 14k Trail Race Awards held at the Homestake Lodge (mid afternoon start time).
